The following four cabins are our newest, just completed units:
Cabins 1-4 are NON SMOKING

Each of the cabins (1-4) have a screened in porch area and are equipped with
microwave, coffee pot, 2 burner cook top, and a large refrigerator. As with
all our cabins we furnish all bedding. We do NOT furnish any cooking
or eating utensils or towels and wash cloths.

Powell Park furnishes the linen for the beds. We do not furnish any
towels or wash cloths or any cooking or eating utensils. All cabins are equiped with A/C and heat. 

The cabins #11 thru #18 do NOT have kitchens. 

NO COOKING inside these UNITS!!! 

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN ANY UNIT. IF A PET IS FOUND INSIDE A UNIT YOU
WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $50.00 CLEANING FEE. 

There is a $20.00 key deposit when you check in. This is refunded when
you check out and the key is returned. One night deposit is required to
hold reservations. A two night deposit is required on any group
reservations. There is no refund of deposit for a group reservation if
canceled. 

We must receive deposit five days after reservations are made. There is
a $10.00 cancellation fee per unit. There is a $10.00 cancellation fee
on all reservations.

$20.00 key deposit (one key per deposit) required at check in. 

NO KEYS WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL DEPOSITS ARE PAID.

No cooking or eating utensils are furnished. 

No towels or wash cloths furnished.

We DO furnish the linen for the beds (sheets, pillows, pillow cases, and blankets).

Two nights deposit is required to hold reservations for lodge. There is
absolutely no refund of deposit if reservations are canceled.

We reserve the right to close extra bedrooms if total number of people
do not justify its use.
